How it works

Return Guard reads order, customer, and fulfilment data from Shopify. It scores each COD order, normalises city names so reporting stays consistent, and tracks how each courier performs by destination. You then confirm, tag, or cancel before the parcel is handed to the courier.

Return Guard never cancels or holds an order on its own. It shows you what it sees, and the decision stays yours.
